Free Shipping & Delivery

Unless otherwise stated on the artwork listing, we offer free standard shipping on almost all pieces of art to the United States and Canada (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We currently do not ship internationally to other countries.


What can you expect?

  • The time to process your order for shipping can take 2-5 days.

  • On average it can take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please contact us at if you need faster delivery. Expedited shipping is an additional cost.

  • We provide you a tracking number. Note gift shop items do not have tracking.

  • Your artwork is insured against lost. We will provide a 100% refund if the package does not arrive.

  • All orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by local governments and are due upon delivery. This is not included in the order total.


How is the artwork shipped?


Except for artwork that has already been imported to Canada, the artwork is shipped directly from the Artist’s studio and packaged very carefully by the artist. 


Canvas paintings

We ship canvas paintings un-stretched and rolled and shipped in a PVC tube. This is the safest way to transport paintings. Once it arrives, you can take it to a framer to be re-stretched. The cost to re-stretched a painting is nominal and should be a small percentage of the overall cost of the painting.


Paper-based Artwork

Artwork that is larger than 11x17 will be rolled and shipped in either a cardboard or a PVC tube.  Paperwork that are smaller than 11x17 will be shipped flat and shipped in between stiff cardboard mailers to protect the artwork from damage.


Covert 19 Impact on Shipping Times

Due to the global pandemic, various delivery methods may change very dynamically. For this reason, please expect that your package may be delayed (from changes in shipping policy and/or the amount of processing time). We will notify you if your package may be impacted.



Return Policy


Sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 48 hrs from the time you have received the artwork to notify us of a return request.


Return Process

  1. Please email with your request and a short explanation for the return.

  2. We will reply with instructions on packaging and where to send the artwork back. You have 7 days from the return confirmation email to provide us with a tracking number. Note you are responsible for the cost of shipping and for any damages during the return trip.

  3. Once we receive the item and verify that it has been received in the original condition it was sent, we will provide you the refund via the original payment method.


Tips on packaging for a return

  • Unless it's damage, use the original packaging. Artwork has to be shipped in a thick cardboard or PVC tube. We will not accept any other packaging.

  • Be extremely careful when rolling artwork to be place back into the tube. Avoid using elastics bands or tape directly on the artwork. Always use tissue or paper wrapped around the artwork before securing it with tape. 

  • Do not roll the artwork too tightly especially paper artwork, you will crush it.

  • If there is additional space inside the shipping tube, use tissue paper or bubble wrap to fill in that gap. This prevents the artwork edges from being crushed during shipment.

  • Tape the end caps of the PVC or cardboard tube with at least a double layer of tape. You do not want the end caps popping off. 




Do the images of the artwork accurately represent what I will receive?

We try to ensure the accuracy of the images but due to the various factors of differing devices and display resolutions, the visual representation of the artwork is approximate. To ensure you are satisfied with what you receive, we provide several close-up images of the artwork and in some cases a video. For artwork that is $1500 or more, we can accommodate request for additional images and/or a video.

How accurate are the dimensions listed for each artwork?

We verify the dimensions of all artwork on our site. Canvases may vary up to 1” due to the re-stretching process that is needed with shipping the artwork. If there are any concerns, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact with your request. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped.

Can I receive my package sooner?

Absolutely. Please contact us so we can provide you with an estimate of the shipping cost and timing. Please note that even with expediated express shipping, due to the global pandemic, the shipping suppliers will not guarantee the exact timing.

Do you ship internationally to other countries?

We only ship to the United States and Canada.
